Communications Team Comments
You speak, we listen! We see that there is a wish for expanded communications across all platforms, the social media platforms got strong support. We will increase the communications based on this. Tracker will continue to be the main source of information regarding events and rides. Shorter “reminder” messages will be sent out using all the platforms; WhatsApp, Facebook and email/E-news. In order to include and reach as many members as possible. The shorter messages will have limited information with a further link to Tracker for the “whole story”.
The idea of an expanded WhatsApp community seems to have strong support so we are setting it up for you to join. This will have both announcement pages and different chat groups. This will be monitored to see how it goes, please feel free to give feedback to the Comms Team and the admins.
The website results will be very useful as we are in the process of designing and creating a brand new website and can use the results to steer us in the right direction. We appreciate you all taking the time to give us feedback and hope you feel like it’s resulting in something positive!
