I am really happy to say that I have finally been able to progress this year’s Mid Summer Madness (MSM)….. Its BACK to FRANCE!!! Having had a few calls with P&O I have managed to get confirmation of 28 bikes booked on to one crossing, so that we can have a play day.
The day will not be as long as we have had in previous years, but still enough time to have a great ride, good food and excellent company.
The cost of this will be £25.00 per bike (outbound & return).
Crossings booked: -
- Dover/Calais = 15/06/2024 at 06:55
- Calais/Dover = 15/06/2024 at 17:20

Once all 28 spaces are booked, I will keep a reserve list. If anyone drops out the payment made by that person will not be returned, the person filling the space will pay the person for their space.
If you have booked a place and not paid, I will take the first person on the reserved list and give them the space.
Pillion passengers can come and be booked in with the rider, there is no additional cost for this.
For those of you that have not been across to France on the ferry with a bike, there are plenty of us who have. The day will be no different than a club ride, on all legs there will be a leader & TEC, using the drop off system. Even though we have had various versions of Bonnie Tylers “Lost in France” …. We will find you!!
